Crispy Chicken Roll Magic 🍗✨ With the Fordeal Deep Fryer!
We’re prepping Ramadan freezer meals.
Let’s start with crispy chicken rolls.
These are boiled chicken breasts.
Save the broth on the side, we’ll use it in a bit.
Shred the chicken with two forks.
Now for the sauté: add a drop of oil, then add plenty of onions.
Sauté the onions.
Once they’re half-sautéed, add pepper.
Add lots of garlic.
That’s Chapter One… and here’s Chapter Five: coriander, cumin, black pepper, paprika, and don’t forget salt.
Add the chicken and stir, then pour in some chicken broth.
Stir again and add coriander.
Coriander gives it a super rich flavor.
Before it dries out, remove from heat.
This sauté is used in all stuffed dishes, but it’s missing one thing: wait a sec, just a few final touches.
I’ve got a home fryer just like the pros use, from Fordeal — super light, delivers restaurant performance, and at a great price.
Add oil, preheat to 180°.
Honestly, it saves you from the overcooking crisis that always burns fries.
Move the food around — if you leave it too long, you can lift it out to drain excess oil.
That way, you reduce the oil and get the crispiest texture, and it’s a huge batch — let them cool a bit.
They’re stuffed with cheese (we call it "bread" in the East), and make sure each has potatoes and mozzarella.
Fold the ends first, then dip them in eggs.
Start with breadcrumbs, then eggs, then breadcrumbs again.
Dip them all in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
Now they’re ready.
At this point, you can freeze and keep them for up to six months —
or fry them right away.
Add them to the fryer one by one. Don’t forget to flip them so they cook on both sides.
Fry until golden — that’s enough.
When serving, add lettuce and some pickled veggies on the side to make it extra tasty.
I can’t wait, I’m super hungry!
Bismillah! Despite how simple this dish is, I actually prefer it over international recipes.
I’ll show you: no, that one’s not nice… THIS one is the best!
Look at that filling.
Of course you can serve them with a dip — I love them with loads of ketchup.
If you want to get the fryer from Fordeal, link’s in my bio.
Enjoy!
Respect God’s blessings.
