Make the Perfect Honeycomb Bread 🍯 with Fordeal's 5L Dough Mixer – Effortless & Fluffy Results!
After this video, everyone will make honeycomb bread the right way!
I'm using the Fordeal dough mixer.
The best thing about this mixer is that its price is half that of other mixers.
Go to the website and check its price.
The first and fourth cup—I’ll add half a cup to them.
We Arabs love everything to be soft and luxurious.
We love soft sandwiches.
We love tender, juicy meat.
Even when we saw soft Skechers shoes, we bought them!
We love simple, soft, delicate dough.
4 tablespoons powdered milk.
4 tablespoons sugar.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon instant yeast.
3 cups oil.
2 cups warm water.
Close the mixer.
Select the 10-minute option and start.
The dough is ready—let’s look at it closely, God willing.
Let it rise for 30 minutes and continue.
Honestly, I just dumped things on top of each other and got super easy dough—seriously easy and natural.
Even for rolling out the dough, sprinkle flour on the table and bring the dough out, place it on the table—look at that!
Seriously, as if I studied in Italy!
Just gather the dough together, you don't need extra steps or explanations.
Just master it—it’s not rocket science!
Take the rolling pin and flour it.
Get a cup and start making circles.
Put a little flour in the cup so it doesn’t stick.
Take some cherry cheese and cut it into four pieces.
Put the first piece in—I like it stuffed, so I usually put two pieces.
I have a round baking tray, I oil and grease it, keep it beside me to continue filling.
Take the first dough ball, press it in the middle, pull the dough, fold it, and put it in the center, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
Then put it in the oven at 180°C, bottom heat only. After 15 minutes, turn on the top heat for coloring.
And it’s ready! Our baked goods got a bit more roasted than usual.
For the second one, make it honey-flavored, sprinkle with black seeds and sesame.
For another, sprinkle cinnamon—go wild with the cinnamon! Drizzle with condensed milk.
If you want to see the softness, break a piece and you’ll see—like cotton, pure cotton!
The best part is, instead of kneading by hand, I used the mixer!
