We made a delicious quesadilla with the non-stick electric griddle in an easy and excellent way.

Let's start with our recipe: we cut the vegetables, cut the onion into slices, cut tomatoes a bit small, slices of green, red, and yellow peppers.

We have chicken, an easy marinade: olive oil, lemon, yogurt, a little vinegar, and a little salt.

And we leave it for about forty minutes.

After forty minutes, we start heating the griddle and set it to about level four heat, and add the onion and sauté it.

And be careful, at level four it's considered hot, so it stays for about half a minute and comes out like this.

We sauté the onion lightly, then we remove it, take it out.

And we add the chicken and leave it for about a minute without stirring until it comes out like this.

We flip, then we add our spices, I recorded it for you in the video.

Then we go back to add the colored peppers, and add the onion as well.

We move the chicken to the side and wipe the griddle with a tissue.

Then we add tortilla bread, a cream cheese spread, and mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

And we add our chicken, and add mozzarella cheese on top, and add cheddar cheese slices, and add a simple sauce.

And we give it a quick sear on the griddle.
